Socks and the knitting of socks...I don't like to wear socks. I do like to knit. You may want to learn how to knit...to begin with I use clean wool...I use to think in the grease was the thing...but, I now buy from someone ...clean and easy to use white Lincoln longwool...Targhee/lincoln cross,...Suffolk-white, gray, black...it spins so much easier...let me know if you want some I will give you the phone and address...she lives in Utah....... well, anyway you need to start knitting socks..it doesn't have to be pairs...just socks...they can have the same pattern ...maybe not the same color...plain or fancy...if you are a novice....don't plan to fall into a trap...take 10 usd and head out to Wal-mart , Savers, the 99 cent store...take the steps needed to work toward accomplishment...Ialmost believe I can't knit ...but there is something about turning a heel...that restores confidence...there is a left and a right...so, if one sock is off a little ...i can make another ..different color , quality of yarn, or style...i have two feet...I can even knit a pair...

Try knitting socks...as a relaxing past time...

Read on.......My Stressfree Toilet

It isn't how low the price but what your paying for.

At present there isn't a phone in the bathroom. The bathroom should be stress free.
I have a calendar hanging on the wall. My bathroom is a large 1/2 bath.
In my storage tub is mainly cotton to knit with. I plan to remove everything else.
I have cotton by most makers, I prefer Sugar and cream, Peaches and cream
for totally stressful, small projects.
If a member of the family should use my toilet; what kind of message am I conveying?
I would hope the message to " share my stressfree" moments: What is this room about? Respect
Do you see what I mean? Waking Up, Splash, coffee or tea.... you could record your voice in motivational
CD's for playing in your stressfree bathroom.

My stressfree bathroom has a notepad and a legend.

The First Day of It all

I have a lot of things to say...but I want to take my time. This is my first online journal. This is my first entry.

My Wake Up business isn't doing to good. No serious callers.

So till next time...

Visualize: What do you visualize? Can your remember first grade? Your trip

finished keep it on your desk or relax time area.
How to go into training for a peaceful nights sleep? This question is like asking how to eat
the right foods , plan your activities. You may not enjoy your job. You will come to see your life
is self- motivated. Keep your mind alert, along with some physical activity.
